Golden Globes 2012

The Golden Globe Awards aired on Sunday night & I have to be honest - I was glued to my couch for the red carpet arrivals but didn't watch more than 45 minutes of the actual award show. Honestly, I mainly watch award shows for the fashion, period. Well I do love watching the Academy Awards & the Grammy's in their entirety, but that's besides the point. I just want to see what everyone is wearing!

Here are some of my favorite looks from the night -

Sofia Vergara in Vera Wang

Nicole Kidman in Versace

Paula Patton in Monique Lhuillier

Sarah Hyland in vintage Dolce & Gabbana

Stacy Kiebler

And my favorite of the night...

Salma Hayek in Gucci

Other ones that I loved included Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie & Kate Beckinsale.

Can anyone tell me what Lea Michele & Kelly Osbourne were thinking?!

I never watch the actual show either! However, since my husband was watching football, I missed the red carpet...so I have to watch the show. Which is surprisingly not bad, haha! I'm so happy the best out weighed the disasters!

I loved Selma's dress! And kate beckinsale always looks amazing. Least fav - Michelle Williams!

I read so many articles/posts bashing Selma Hayeks dress. Sometimes those fashion police people have no clue what they are talking about!

Aww Heidi Klum, she can never go wrong. So chic and simple. I really like out of your favorites, Paula Patton and Stacey Kiebler. I really tried to not like Stacey (because she's dating George) but I can't help loving her. She looks stunning.

The one person/dress that made me scream "wow" out loud was Jane Fonda. I thought she looked incredible.

Ok. I just blogged about this.
1. The Golden Globes are so boring.
2. I MISSED THE RED CARPET.
3. I had fun live tweeting with my Twitter pals.
4. Lea Michele??? She is seriously trying to make a name for herself and is DOING TOO MUCH.
5. KELLY O. Okay. I thought her dress was okay, but for someone who is on Joan Rivers' Fashion Police, I was expecting more.
6. I loved Michelle Willams' look.
7. I honestly think Salma Hayek rocked it. That gold. That black. That hair. Her loose waves and that ombre look were so very much FIRE. On every level!!

I can't believe you even made it through 45 minutes of the actual award show. I'm impressed. I made it through the first couple of minutes. :/ I love the top looks you picked! I also loved Shailene Woodley's look. Although, I must admit, I just love her in general!

Everyone was so disappointed with Lea's dress, but I just didn't see it. I don't know, it made sense to me seeing as she plays Rachel Barry and all... But that's just me, I'm quite sure! :)
