Handy Dandy: DIY Candle Holder

Take one narrow vase + a few rubber bands randomly placed + spray paint =

one super easy, fancy looking candle holder!

I have a couple of these vases stored away in a cabinet somewhere, but now I know exactly what I am going to do with them!
