I spent all of last week in Salt Lake City, Utah for corporate training with my new job. Most of the hours in the day were taken up by training classes, homework & dinners with my new co-workers. I did manage to take a few photos of the gorgeous scenery around me. Lots of mountains & lots of snow....so different from Florida!

After hearing MANY raves about In-N-Out, I finally got to experience it for myself.
I wasn't wowed. And I got it all animal style too. Oh well.
Now this cheese pizza with balsalmic glaze? Delish.

I wish I would have taken more pictures but we really didn't have much free time & when we did, I just was preoccupied with enjoying our time away from work!
